Jeera & Pepper Rice – Quick & Easy

What you need

  • Cooked Rice
  • Cow Ghee
  • Pepper 1 table spoon
  • Jeera ½ table spoon
  • Chopped Curry leaves
  • Salt as needed

How you Make

  1. Heat the Ghee and add chopped curry leaves, Jeera and Pepper
  2. Allow to roast and crack, when just about when release its aroma
  3. Add cooked rice and mix to it
  4. Done !!

Tip :

Do not pack when its too hot.
