What you need
- Cooked Rice
- Cow Ghee
- Pepper 1 table spoon
- Jeera ½ table spoon
- Chopped Curry leaves
- Salt as needed
How you Make
- Heat the Ghee and add chopped curry leaves, Jeera and Pepper
- Allow to roast and crack, when just about when release its aroma
- Add cooked rice and mix to it
- Done !!
Tip :
Do not pack when its too hot.
